Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) on July, 2018, where they have introduced the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) which function as BlockChain Technology. Now again directions issued by TRAI on 20th Jan 2020 regarding implementation of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR). This technology has been introduced to make more transparent the functionality of Enterprise, Telemarketer and Operator. This technology helps TRAI to identify the customer who is initiating the SMS / Voice service and they can transparently use the services. This technology has been implemented by all the operators, now enterprises and telemarketers can make the registration under any operator’s DLT platform. Every telemarketer and enterprise have to compulsory make their registration under the DLT platform of their choice operator. Operator is providing a Unique Registration Number to enterprise and telemarketer on the first phase of DLT Registration, later on the next phase every enterprise have the make the registration of header(Sender Id).
Before initiating DLT Registration, you need to arrange the below details and documents. Also please note registration fees that needs to be paid by the enterprise / telemarketer is INR 5,900/- (inclusive of taxes). Some of the operator has waived off the DLT registration fee for their given timeline, once you sign up to DLT platform, at the time of payment option you will be able to see the payment option.

4. Business Established Date.
5. Company’s Website.
6. Business Owner Name.
7. Business Owner Mail Id.
8. Alternate Mail Id.

Verify with OTP.
Verify Your Email.
Login To Portal.
Upload Required Documents and Fill the Required Details. After Completion You will Get, Your Temporary Registration Number. You will get your Telemarketer Registration Id after 48hrs. of your KYC upload.
Steps for Enterprise / Entity Registration :
Select : As Enterprise.
Have you registered with any other Mobile Operator DLT Network? Select : No.
Enter Your Business PAN Number.
Fill the form with Required Details.
Verify with OTP.
Verify Your Email.
Login To Portal.
Upload Required Documents and Fill the Required Details.
Select Telemarketer : Select OS DIGITAL and Telemarketer Id 1102456740000011303 as your preferred Telemarketer.
After Completion You will Get, Your Temporary Registration Number.
You will get your Enterprise Registration Id after 48hrs. of your KYC upload.
